The “WINK+ Spin to Win” event (“the game”, “the event”, or “the campaign”), is organised by Stellar Ace Pte. Ltd. (“Stellar Ace”), in conjunction with Elluxion Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd (“Azgo”). The event commences on 14 February 2025 and closes on 28 February 2025.
There is no participation fee for joining the event. The participant(s) (“Participant(s)”) agrees that any costs incurred while participating in the event is solely to be borne by the Participant.
Communications in relation to the event will only be distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels. Stellar Ace retains the discretion to disqualify any Participant without any prior notice from the event if the Participant is found to be monetising the in-game items as distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels, including within the game.
By participating in the event, the Participant warrants and represents that the Participant has attained the age of 18 years and agrees to all terms in these Terms and Conditions (“the T&Cs”) or, if under the age of 18 years, has the Participant’s parent or legal guardian’s consent to enter the event and agreement to all terms in the T&Cs.
By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner throughout the event and agrees not to obstruct, injure, or otherwise harass fellow Participants, Stellar Ace’s employees, and Azgo’s employees.
By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to strictly abide by and comply with the safety instructions as issued by Stellar Ace. The Participant agrees that, apart from the safety instructions issued by Stellar Ace, the Participant will take reasonable precautions and safety measures while participating in the event.
2) ELIGIBILITY
The Participant must have a place of residence in Singapore.
The Participant must not be (i) an existing employee of Stellar Ace or Azgo, or each of their Affiliates or contractors, who has been directly involved in the conceptualisation, development and execution of WINK+ Spin to Win, (“such person”) or (ii) an immediate family member of such person. “Affiliate(s)” means an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a party.
3) LICENCE
Each Participant agrees to grant Stellar Ace a perpetual (regardless of whether WINK+ Spin to Win has ended), irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and freely transferable licence to publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute the Participant’s works, such as but not limited to Instagram Stories, Telegram stickers, for the promotion and publicity of Stellar Ace; in any manner, format, or media known or later devised, in perpetuity, including and without limitation to online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
Each Participant also agrees to grant Stellar Ace the right to sublicense the rights licensed above.
For the avoidance of doubt, Stellar Ace expressly reserve the right to adapt, edit, or modify the above-mentioned works for any promotional or marketing purposes of Stellar Ace.
The Participant warrants that the materials, achievements or works provided by him/her in this event are independently created, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not infringe any copyright or other rights of any third party. Should there be any violation, the Participant shall be responsible for resolving and indemnifying Stellar Ace for any and all damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and litigation costs) incurred to Stellar Ace.
4) RULES OF THE GAME
Daily Spins
Each Participant can spin the wheel up to five (5) times per day.
Each Participant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize per day.
Once a Participant wins a Prize, he/she can no longer spin the wheel for the same day, even if he/she has remaining spins for the day.
The Participant will be immediately notified via the WINK+ mobile software application on whether he/she has won a Prize.
In the event where the Prize is WINK+ Points, the WINK+ Points will be automatically credited to the winner’s WINK+ account.
In the event where the Prize is a Pair of WINKmet Plushies, the winner will need to provide all required information (i.e., name, valid address and valid postal code in Singapore) on the digital form and click the ‘submit’ button to complete submission, in order for the Prize to be couriered to the winner’s stated address and postal code in Singapore, within thirty (30) Business Days from the end of the campaign. “Business Days” means the days on which banks are open for business in Singapore, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Prizes will be forfeited if the winner clicks the ‘close’ button on the digital form or makes an incomplete or invalid submission.
In the event where the Prize is a Pair of Tickets to Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Singapore, Stellar Ace will contact the winner via email, as registered on the winner’s WINK+ account, within thirty (30) Business Day from the end of the campaign for Prize fulfilment. If the winner of the said Prize does not respond with the necessary Prize fulfilment details within seven (7) Business Days of receipt of the email, Stellar Ace reserves the right to forfeit the said Prize. The winner of the said Prize will need to collect the said Prize at the location and within the time frame stipulated in writing by Stellar Ace and execute a Winner’s Agreement.
Lucky Draw
Each Participant may also enter the Lucky Draw by spinning the wheel. Each daily spin (irrespective of the number of spins in a day) earns one entry into the Lucky Draw. Each Participant is allowed a maximum of 15 entries into the Lucky Draw by spinning the wheel every day within the 15-day campaign from 14 February 2025 to 28 February 2025.
The Lucky Draw will take place on 13 March 2025. The winner of the Grand Prize will be randomly selected. Stellar Ace’s decision on the results is final. The winner of the Grand Prize will be notified via email, as registered on the winner’s WINK+ account, within thirty (30) Business Days from the end of the campaign for Prize fulfilment.
If the winner of the Grand Prize does not respond with the necessary Prize fulfilment details within seven (7) Business Days of receipt of the email, Stellar Ace reserves the right to forfeit the Grand Prize.
The winner of the Grand Prize will need to collect the Grand Prize at the location and within the time frame stipulated in writing by Stellar Ace and execute a Winner’s Agreement.
General
Stellar Ace has the right to remove entries, disqualify winners and forfeit the Prizes and/or the Grand Prize if:
Stellar Ace is unable to contact the winner, in the case where the Prize is a Pair of Tickets to Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Singapore or the Grand Prize;
The winner does not respond to Stellar Ace or notifies Stellar Ace that he/she does not wish to claim the prize, in the case where the Prize is a Pair of Tickets to Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Singapore or the Grand Prize;
The winner does not agree to abide by and be bound by the T&Cs set in the Winner’s Agreement for Prize redemption, in the case where the Prize is a Pair of Tickets to Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Singapore or the Grand Prize;
The winner has committed any act of fraud or dishonesty, or has misrepresented anything in connection with the Daily Spins and/or Lucky Draw.
If a winner is disqualified, Stellar Ace may in its discretion pick another winner to replace the disqualified prize winner or donate the prize in question.

c. General
Stellar Ace may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prizes with another of similar value.
Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services. Stellar Ace will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes.
6) DATA PRIVACY, COLLECTION, USAGE, AND DISCLOSURE
By participating in the event, the Participant expressly consents to Stellar Ace’s, Azgo’s, and the Vendors’ processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her personal data for purposes of Participant identification, verification, validation, Prize fulfilment, contacting the Participant, diagnostic testing, fraud prevention measures, liaison and marketing. Personal data is defined as the Participant’s name, photo portrait, email address, address, mobile phone number, year of birth, and any other personal information that the Participant provides to Stellar Ace, Azgo and/or the Vendors.
By participating in the event, the Participant expressly authorises and consents to Stellar Ace’s, Azgo’s and the Vendors’ usage of the Participant’s name, email address, year of birth, and mobile phone number for the specific purpose of referencing to its database to determine the Participant’s identity and eligibility.
The Participant hereby grants his or her consent to Stellar Ace and Azgo to use his or her personal data provided for verification, contact, liaison, and/or marketing purposes in connection with any of Stellar Ace’s and Azgo’s programmes, outreach, initiatives, and/or activities.
The Participant understands that the personal data will be processed by Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees and any other person expressly authorised to process the personal data.
7) LIABILITIES
All Participants in the event agree that Stellar Ace, Azgo, the Vendors, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees shall not be liable in any way for any and all claims by any Participant or third party, and agree to indemnify Stellar Ace, Azgo, the Vendors, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees against any and all claims made against Stellar Ace, Azgo, the Vendors, and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees, including but not limited to:
Slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent, infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and damages arising from or in any other way related to their participation in the event;
All injuries, losses or damages to property or person of any kind, including death, claims, actions, proceedings and other liability arising out of or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in the event;
Any loss, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries; and
Any losses, costs, expenses, fees or damages incurred by a third party arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s involvement in the event or any activity related thereto, including without limitation, any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment.
8) WARRANTIES AND SEVERABILITY
Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, that the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, and/or that the content or any functions associated with the event’s website, Stellar Ace’s official website, Azgo’s website or the Vendors’ website(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the event’s website, Stellar Ace’s official website, Azgo’s website or the Vendors’ website(s) are free of any viruses and/or other harmful elements.
Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’s, Azgo and/or the Vendors’ websites or social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors do not warrant that any clarifications or any other communication given with reference or in relation to the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted.
Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors do not warrant that their safety regulations are the only safety guidelines that the Participants have to abide by.
Stellar Ace, Azgo and the Vendors make no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’s, Azgo’s and the Vendors’ official websites or its social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
If any term or provision of the T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the T&Cs and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect. Stellar Ace’s, Azgo’s and/or the Vendors’ failure to enforce at any time the provisions of the T&Cs or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the T&Cs.
9) NOTICE
The decision of Stellar Ace and/or Azgo on all matters pertaining to the event (including any dispute arising from gameplay, or any information transmitted by Stellar Ace in relation to the event, or interpretation of the T&Cs) is final and binding on all parties.
The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that all electronic communications made pursuant to the participation in the event shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document.
10) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Stellar Ace and/or Azgo reserve the right to amend the T&Cs without prior/further notice. The revised T&Cs shall apply to the event from the date of publication of the revised T&Cs on the event website, and the Participant hereby waives any right that the Participant may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the T&Cs.
Stellar Ace and/or Azgo reserve the right at their sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the event or shorten or extend the duration of the event and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the T&Cs, without any liability or prior/further notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant.
Stellar Ace and/or Azgo shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with the T&Cs due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, extremely severe weather, fire, subsidence, riots, outbreak of military hostilities (whether or not war is declared), expropriation by governmental authorities, act of terrorism, earthquake, flood, embargo, sabotage, explosion, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, COVID-19 restrictions, governmental or regulator act, strike (including that of its own employees and/or contractors), civil commotion, failure of third parties (including Vendors), change or issuance of new applicable laws.
In all circumstances, Stellar Ace’s and/or Azgo’s decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the event, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. The Participant agrees and undertakes to be bound by the aforesaid decisions.
The T&Cs shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Stellar Ace, Azgo, and the Participant on the other.
In the event of any inconsistency between the T&Cs and any brochure, marketing, promotional material, FAQs or any other terms and conditions relating to the event, the T&Cs shall prevail.
11) GOVERNING LAW
The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to the T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
