When does Let’s Go on a Bus-venture take place?

Let’s Go on a Bus-venture will take place on Wink+ App from 12 June to 31 August 2024.

Can SMRT staff can participate?

All SMRT staff except those that are involved in the project team can participate.

Who can participate in Let’s Go on a Bus-venture campaign?

Let’s Go on a Bus-venture is available for anyone who is at least 18 years old and has the Wink+ app. User will be prompted to create a Wink+ account upon downloading. You may sign up for an account by filling in a registration form on the Wink+ app, available on Google Play and App Store.

During the game

Do I need to make a purchase at these locations?

No, you are not required to make a purchase at these locations.

Can I check-in the places in any order?

You not need to check-in at the locations in any particular order.

I’m at the specific location but the app displays the following message after I attempted to check-in; ‘You’re too far away from the location’.

Participants are required to physically be at the location to complete the quest. If you received an error when you are at the correct location, please reset your location access permissions for the Wink+ App and/or force restart the app.

Are there any special offers at these locations?

Eateries at these selected locations will have an exclusive promotion with Wink+ app and is subjected to availability.

Redemption

What happens if one of the locations changes to another location mid-way of the campaign?

If you have checked in at the previous location: you do not need to check in to the new location. If you have not checked in at the previous location before: you will need to check in at the new location

How many times can I redeem the prize?

One (1) prize may be redeemed for each account. Once a prize has been redeemed, it will be reflected as such on the redemption page of the Wink+ app.

I cannot make it on the specified dates, can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, Each individual is permitted to collect the Completion Prize on behalf of a maximum of one other person at any given time, provided they present a valid authorization letter from the person they are representing.

When is the last day that I can redeem the prizes?

The last date for rewards redemption is 6 September 2024, subjected to availability.

I have completed all the quests, what should I do?

What happen if I failed to collect the completion prize within the stipulated time?

If you are unable to collect the prize within the stipulated time, your voucher will be forfeited.

Lucky Draw

Can I participate in the lucky draw?

All participants who have completed the quest (checked-in at all 6 locations) will automatically participate in the lucky draw.

When will the lucky draw be announced?

It will be announced on 6 September 2024 and we will contact the winner. More details will be revealed closer to the date.
