Let’s Go on a Bus-venture is available for anyone who is at least 18 years old and has the Wink+ app. User will be prompted to create a Wink+ account upon downloading. You may sign up for an account by filling in a registration form on the Wink+ app, available on Google Play and App Store.

No, you are not required to make a purchase at these locations.
Yes, you can check-in at the locations in any particular order.
Participants are required to physically be at the location to complete the quest. If you received an error when you are at the correct location, please reset your location access permissions for the Wink+ App and/or force restart the app.
Eateries at these selected locations will have an exclusive promotion with Wink+ app and is subjected to availability. All exclusive promotions will end on the 31 August 2024.
If you have checked in at the previous location: you do not need to check in to the new location. If you have not checked in at the previous location before: you will need to check in at the new location
One (1) prize may be redeemed for each account. Once a prize has been redeemed, it will be reflected as Redeemed on the Wink+ app.
Yes, Each individual is permitted to collect the Completion Prize on behalf of a maximum of one other person throughout the term of the campaign, To do so, please forward your confirmation email to the authorised person and cc vital@smrt.com.sg with the following authorisation details:
I, __________ (Name and E-mail, as per Wink+ account), hereby authorise ___________ (Authorised Person’s Name) to collect on my behalf the S$20 FairPrice Gift Voucher issued by Strides Engineering Ptd Ltd as the Completion Prize for the “Let’s Go on a Bus-venture: Woodlands Edition”. This authorisation includes the full authority to act on my behalf in all matters related to the collection mentioned above. I understand that ___________ (Authorised Person’s Name) will present this email as proof of authorisation. I confirm that (1) I have received the goods/services associated with the Prize, (2) the redemption of the Prize is subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, (3) the redemption is final and cannot be reversed; and (4) Strides Engineering and/or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or mistakes in the prize description, delivery, or fulfillment, or any errors made by the authorized person in collecting my Prize.

No, receiving the confirmation email does not guarantee a completion prize. The completion prize is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be redeemed at the redemption booth during the designated time and venue.
All participants who have completed the quest (checked-in at all 6 locations) between 12 June 2024 to 31 August 2024 will automatically participate in the lucky draw.
No, there will not be another lucky draw after the campaign ends on 22 September 2024. However, participants who complete all 6 check-ins between September 1 and September 22 can redeem a completion prize on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you’re the lucky draw winner, you will be informed via email notification within 5 business days from August 30, 2024.
You will need to collect your lucky draw prize within 10 business days from the date of your email notification. Please note that the prize will be forfeited if it is not collected within this time frame.
You can collect the lucky draw prize on weekdays during office hours at SMRT HQ (PLQ3). In your email notification, you will be asked to fill in a form to indicate your preferred date for collection. Please kindly wait for the confirmation before coming down to collect your prize.
