ThThis Dine, Ride & Win $10 Voucher campaign (the “Game”, “Event”, or “Campaign”), is organised by Strides Digital Pte Ltd (“Strides”, or “we”) via the WINK+ App, a mobile application developed by SMRT Experience Pte Ltd and available for download from the App Store and/or Google Play Store (the “WINK+ App”). Unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Materials (as defined below), the Campaign will commence on 9 April 2025 09:00 (UTC+08:00) and will continue until 30 April 2025 23:59 (UTC+8:00).
THIS SG FOOD GUIDE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Strides is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the featured businesses as of the time of publication. All reviews, comments and recommendations are based on reviews and ratings publicly available as of the time of publication. We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy, incompleteness or unreliability of the information, or the quality, safety or preparation of the food by the featured businesses.
There is no participation fee for joining the Campaign. The participant(s) (the “Participant(s)”) agrees that any costs incurred while participating in the Campaign is solely to be borne by the Participant.
Communications including updates and Game Rules (as defined below) in relation to the Campaign will only be distributed through Strides’ official communication channels (collectively the “Campaign Materials”).
Strides reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion and/or without prior notice, disqualify any Participant from the Campaign if the Participant is found to be monetising in-game items distributed through Strides’ official communication channels, including within the game, or engaging in any other conduct that undermines the spirit of the Campaign..
By participating in the Campaign, the Participant agrees to:
conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner throughout the duration of the Campaign and agrees not to obstruct, harm, or otherwise harass fellow Participants and/or Strides’ employees in any way;
strictly abide by and comply with the safety instructions as issued by Strides, which may be updated from time to time; and
take all necessary precautions and exercise reasonable care to ensure their safety while participating in the Campaign.
2 Eligibility
By participating in the Campaign, the Participant warrants and represents that he/ she has attained the age of at least 18 years or, if under the age of 18 years, has his/ her parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate in the Campaign, and agreement to all terms in this Campaign T&Cs.
Unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Materials, the Participant must not be an existing employee, agent, representative or contractor of Strides and/or its Affiliates, who has been directly involved in the conceptualisation, development and execution of the Campaign. “Affiliate(s)” means an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a party.
Notwithstanding the above, Strides reserves the right to vary, change or amend the eligibility criteria in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time.
3 Licence
Each Participant agrees to grant Strides and/or its Affiliate(s) a perpetual (regardless of whether the Campaign has ended), irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and freely transferable license to (without prior notice to the Participant) publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute the Participant’s works, such as but not limited to Instagram Stories, Telegram stickers, for the promotion and publicity of Strides and/or its Affiliate(s); in any manner, format, or media known or later devised, in perpetuity, including and without limitation to online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any other social media accounts.
Each Participant also agrees to grant Strides and/or its Affiliate(s) the right to sublicense the rights licensed above without prior notice to the Participant.
For the avoidance of doubt, Strides and/or its Affiliate(s) expressly reserve the right to adapt, edit, or modify the above-mentioned works for any promotional or marketing purposes of Strides without prior notice to the Participant.
The Participant warrants that the materials, achievements or works provided by him/her in this Campaign are independently created, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not infringe any copyright or other rights of any third party. Should there be any violation, the Participant shall be fully responsible for resolving and indemnifying Strides and/or its Affiliate(s) for any and all damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and litigation costs) incurred by Strides and/or its Affiliate(s).
4 Rules of the Game
The Participant agrees to abide by the rule(s) of the Game (“Game Rules”) set out in the relevant Campaign Materials.
Strides reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion:
vary, change or amend the Game Rules from time to time; and/or
without prior notice to the Participant, disqualify any Participant from the Campaign if the Participant is found to be in breach of the Campaign T&Cs, and/or the relevant Game Rules.
5 Prize
Prize(s) issued in connection with the Campaign will vary depending on the specific promotion or activity, and as set out in the respective Campaign Materials (the “Prize”). We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative at our sole and absolute discretion.
Unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Materials, eligible Participant(s) who is/are entitled to the Prize (the “Winner”) will be contacted via the email address used to sign into the WINK+ App, and the Winner must collect their Prize in accordance with the instructions set out therein.
Failure to respond to Strides’ notification (via email or any other relevant platform) and/or to collect the Prize in accordance with the instructions set out therein will result in the Prize being forfeited and/or the Winner from being disqualified from the Campaign.
Unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Materials and/or agreed between the Participant and Strides in writing, each Participant may authorise a person (whether or not the person is a Participant, hereinafter referred to as the “Authorised Person”) to redeem the Prize on his/ her behalf upon the submission of a valid authorisation letter (the “Authorisation Letter”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Authorised Person may only redeem the Prize on behalf of one Participant. The Authorisation Letter shall be deemed valid if it is presented in its original form and includes the following:
Full Name (as per Wink+ App Account) of the Participant on whose behalf the Prize is being collected;
Signed by the Participant on whose behalf the Prize is being collected.
The Winner(s) and/or the Authorised Person(s) agree to have their name, WINK+ ID and/or picture(s) published on, including and without limitation to, the Campaign Materials and on Strides’s and/or its Affiliate’s Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, and any other social media accounts.
Strides reserves the right in its sole and absolute and absolute discretion to disqualify the Participant from the campaign, if Strides discovers that a Participant had, among other things, not conducted him or herself in an appropriate manner in the course of playing the game, or in a manner that is clearly prejudicial to the spirit of the game, and that Participant will not be entitled to the Prize. In the event that the infringing Participant had redeemed the Prize prior to discovery of their infringement and/or misconduct, Strides reserves the sole and absolute right to demand that such Prize be returned to Strides immediately.
The decisions made by Strides regarding any facts related to the Campaign, including the results of any marketing initiative and the selection of Winners, are final. No appeals or disputes from Participants will be entertained.
All eligible Participants shall be responsible for all costs associated with collecting/returning the Prize. Strides shall not be responsible for any costs associated with the above.
6 Data Privacy, Collection, Usage, and Disclosure
By participating in the Campaign, the Participant expressly consents to Strides’s processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her Personal Data for purposes of Participant identification, verification, validation, Prize fulfilment, contacting the Participant, diagnostic testing, fraud prevention measures, liaison and marketing. Participants’ Personal Data is defined as data provided by the Participant to Strides, from which the Participant may be identified, including but not limited to his/ her name, photo portrait, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, travel card CANID.
By participating in the Campaign, the Participant expressly authorises and consents to Strides’s usage of the Participant’s Personal Data for the specific purpose of referencing to its database to determine the Participant’s identity and eligibility.
The Participant hereby grants his/ her consent to Strides to use his/ her Personal Data provided for verification, contact, liaison, and/or marketing purposes in connection with any programmes, outreach, initiatives, and/or activities organized by Strides’ and/or its Affiliates.
The Participant understands that his/ her Personal Data will be processed by Strides and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees and any other person expressly authorised to process the Personal Data.
7 Liabilities
The Participant agrees that Strides and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees shall not be liable in any way for any and all claims by any Participant or third party, and agree to indemnify Strides and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees against any and all claims made against Strides and each of their Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees, including but not limited to:
a) Slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent, infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and damages arising from or in any other way related to their participation in the Campaign;
b) All injuries, losses or damages to property or person of any kind, including death, claims, actions, proceedings and other liability arising out of or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in the Campaign;
c) Any loss, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries; and
d) Any losses, costs, expenses, fees or damages incurred by a third party arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s involvement in the Campaign or any activity related thereto, including without limitation, any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment.
8 Warranties and Severability
Strides makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly:
that the Campaign will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, and/or that the content or any functions associated with the WINK+ App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the WINK+ App is free of any viruses and/or other harmful elements; or
as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through the WINK+ App and/or Strides’ and/or Affiliate’s websites or social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
Strides does not warrant that any clarifications or any other communication given with reference or in relation to the Campaign will be error-free and/or uninterrupted.
Strides does not warrant that their safety regulations are the only safety guidelines that the Participants have to abide by.
Strides makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through the WINK+ App and/or Strides’ and/or its Affiliate(s)’s official websites or social media platforms, including and without limitation, harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
If any term or provision of the Campaign T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the Campaign T&Cs and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Campaign T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect. Strides’ and/or its Affiliate(s) failure to enforce at any time the provisions of the Campaign T&Cs or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the Campaign T&Cs.
9 Notice
The decision of Strides on all matters pertaining to the Campaign (including any dispute arising from gameplay, or any information transmitted by Strides in relation to the Campaign, or interpretation of the Campaign T&Cs) is final and binding on all parties.
The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that all electronic communications made pursuant to the participation in the Campaign shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document.
10 General Provisions
Strides reserves the right to amend the Campaign T&Cs without prior/ further notice. The revised Campaign T&Cs shall apply to the Campaign from the date of publication of the revised Campaign T&Cs on the Campaign website, and the Participant hereby waives any right that the Participant may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the Campaign T&Cs.
Strides reserves the right at their sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Campaign or shorten or extend the duration of the Campaign and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the Campaign T&Cs, without any liability or prior/ further notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant.
Strides shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or for failure to comply with the Campaign T&Cs due to the occurrence of any Campaign or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, extremely severe weather, fire, subsidence, riots, outbreak of military hostilities (whether or not war is declared), expropriation by governmental authorities, acts of terrorism, earthquake, flood, embargo, sabotage, explosion, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, COVID-19 restrictions, governmental or regulator act, strike (including that of its own employees and/or contractors), civil commotion, failure of third parties (including Vendors), change or issuance of new applicable laws.
In all circumstances, Strides’ decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Campaign, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. The Participant agrees and undertakes to be bound by the aforesaid decisions.
The Campaign T&Cs shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Strides and the Participant.
In the event of any inconsistencies between the Campaign T&Cs and any brochure, marketing, promotional material, FAQs or any other terms and conditions relating to the Campaign, the Campaign T&Cs shall prevail.
11 Governing Law
The Campaign T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to the Campaign T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
